New! 3D Printing
Your kids won’t believe how fun this class is! We’ll focus on computer-aided design (CAD), 3D modeling and printing. Students take home real objects they have created to show off to friends and family. They’ll learn to design their own 3D models from scratch using software programs such Google Sketchup and Tinkercad, or download models already created.
Campers will make pretty cool objects, such as toys, jewelry, statues, iPhone/iPod covers and more. Models will be printed using a 3D printer. Students get a solid understanding of advanced science and technology concepts related to prototyping and how the technology is being used in architecture, art, design, medicine, science, mapping, and manufacturing.

Scratch – Adventures in Movie Making, Games and Programming! Campers are introduced to the essential building blocks of programming by creating fun, interactive stories, animations and simple games using Scratch software from MIT Media Lab. Students will develop a storyboard, plot the movie, and add text and sounds. Learn more
3D Video Game Design with Agent Cubes – Campers are amazed at how easy creating 3D games can be. This 3D Video Game Design course uses Agent Cubes from the University of Colorado. Turn 2D shapes into 3D shapes with the inflatable icon technology for an exciting and exhilarating game. Learn more
